The small town of La Ventana where we are hosting this retreat is a truly special paradise where the desert and the ocean come together in a perfect dance. The ever-changing landscapes are unforgettable here: from the vast golden dunes to the crystal-clear waters of the Sea of Cortez, also known as the "aquarium of the world." Here we will relax on secluded beaches, snorkel in its vibrant coral reefs and explore all that this healing place has to offer.

Meet Your Hosts
Paula is a Vinyasa yoga teacher, Musician & Life Coach. She is a nature admirer, loves horse riding and any kind of outdoor adventure. She loves to create experiences for people to gather in person and make them reconnect with their own creative freedom, with life’s beauty and with all forms of true nutrition.
She is the Mystic of this duo and she is going to provide in this one week experience crucial tools to help shifting one’s awareness and limiting believes and behaviors. As a coach, she spends a lot of time observing and gaining practical knowledge about how the human brain works and how people can really thrive, living in abundance in all areas of their lives.
She can’t wait to meet you and share with you her unique alchemizing practices to help you become an uplifted, more clear and more powerful version of yourself.
Paula
Lara is a marine biologist and an adventurer at heart. Since she was a child she realized her passion and admiration for nature, and more specifically, her fascination for the care and conservation of the ocean and the beings that coexist in it. This led her to leave her place of origin and move to La Paz to study marine biology at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California Sur.
In addition, her adventurous drive and dedication have led her to train as a diver and guide for ocean activities such as snorkeling tours in Espiritu Santo Island and seafaris in La Ventana Bay.
She is the Blue of this duo and she is going to be your amazing mexican guide in the ocean and in our desert adventures.
